would like to introduce my family to you. I am Brian Densmore, and my wife
Joy and I are called to go to New Zealand as missionaries. When I was eight, my Father led me to the Lord. Four years
later I was baptized at Maranatha Baptist Church (Parker, CO). At the age of
fourteen, the Lord called me to preach. Joy received Christ as personal
Savior at the age of four and was baptized at 60th Street Baptist Church
(Pinellas Park, FL) three years later. Joy and I met while attending
Pensacola Christian College. After graduation, we were married and I began
serving as Associate Pastor of outreach, music, and discipleship at the
South Holly Baptist Church in Centennial, Colorado. The Lord moved us to
Woodside Baptist Church in Denver, Colorado, where I served as Singles
Pastor. It was there that we felt the Lord calling us into missions.
Woodside Baptist Church, pastored by Craig Scott, commissioned us to
missions.
We have been able to glean much wisdom and knowledge from Joy’s parents,
Chet and Jeanetta Tibbetts, and her grandparents, Dr. Shelby and Stella
Mayo, who both have served as missionaries in various parts of the world.
